A friend and I decided recently that we would work out together. I realize now that it is much easier to stay motivated when you have someone relying on you. I've worked out with my sisters before but they are a lot easier to say no to when you want to be lazy than a friend is. We've only done it 2 days so far and I am still not sore. Yesterday we did some hip hop abs, and today we did cardio machines in her apartment complexes gym. We have already made plans to work out again on Tuesday.
The hard part is that I need to push myself to work out on the days that I am not going to be working out with my friend. I also want to start working on my jumping rope as well as my yoga again. My muscles feel so tight since I stopped. Also, if anyone reads this and knows of some really fun workouts please let me know and tell me why they are fun to you!
